Wanted - We are looking for a replacement mule for my wife…Two weeks ago after ten years of being a part of our family my wife's mules slipped on the Ice in the pasture and into the fence resulting in un-repairable leg wounds…thus having to put him down. He was a great all around mule that was in the battle of the breeds…lots of mountain miles,,, working our cows, going to Tees but most of all…..A GREAT FRIEND AND COMPANION. I know we will never find another Willy but life goes on. If you know of anyone that has a well broke John around 14.2-14.3 please let me know. Thanks in advance. Wanted - Looking for an exceptional team of parade ready dark mules, no older then 10 yrs. These would be family mules and need to have quite good dispositions. They need to be traffic safe, stand quietly, and have ground manners suitable to be around children and crowds. We will provide a wonderful home for them on our 40 acre farm. The mules need to be around 15 or 16 hands as we plan to ride, pack, and farm with the mules as well. The mules must be able to pass a vet check, so need to be sound, good with the farrier and their feet. Must load, clip, & bathe. We would buy two such teams as we would like to put together a 4up. Wanted - I'm looking for a good saddle mule to
bring to the farm. I've had mules most my adult life, but due to the kids, the
job, and my advancing age, I'm just not into breeding, waiting, then training, a
new one myself. Lost my last guy March of 2011 at the ripe old age of 32
(arthritis just got too bad) and have found an aching in my heart I just can't
cure with a horse. Is there anyone out there with a semi-retired, mule for sale?
Between 14.3 and 16 hands is better for me as I'm not into using a step ladder
to get on or having to bend my knees to leg yield on a short barrelled mount.
Good home, excellent references from the equine community in the Okanagan and
elsewhere. Only wishing to ride on weekends, light riding. Not packing or
mountain goating anymore so don't require a fiesty youngster. Just a
walk/trotter with sense enough not to step out from under me if a car honks or a
cricket passes wind. Price to reflect training, temperament, and age please.

Wanted - I am looking for a gentle mammoth jenny. My jenny, Jesse, passed away 2 weeks ago, with a dead baby inside her. it still breaks my heart and I miss Jesse terribly. I have 7 "normal" sized donkeys, mostly rescued, but no more unique mammoth jenny. I rescued Jesse 7 years ago, she had 3 babies, all this here. I live on a 46 acres hobby horse farm, lots of pasture, love and friends for her. Maybe you can help me. Thanks. Tess from Woodville, Ontario email, tess.olinger@sympatico.ca
Wanted - I am looking for a retired, standard or mamoth female donkey. She needs to be kind, easy to halter and trim and otherwise her only job would be to be a companion (and protection) to my little mini henny mare. It would be a wonderful retirement opportunity for a hard working donkey, who needs a break and a nice retirement. They have a shed, and small pasture, near the house, managed feed so no overfeeding, and Missy the henny is a nice buddy. And lots of attention (I am in the barnyard several times a day, and long periods of time on weekends. I also have WWOOF guests every summer, and they love grooming the horses and the henny. If the feet need work, I am okay with that too. That is why I have the henny, she was rescued. I can't keep her with my horses because I have one mare that is overprotective and threatens to mame any horse that comes near the henny. I might also give the henny to an exceptional home if someone wanted her - but don't mind giving a donkey an exceptional home too. I think the two of them would be very content.
